The hotel was in a great location that allowed us easy access to the city. the staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
We were disappointed by the lack of plugs in the bedroom. This inconvenience made it virtually impossible to charge both our phone and our laptop at the same time.

This hotel is in a perfect location, close to the tubes and the town center. the Thyme restaurant can get busy, so it's advisable to book ahead. Rooms are comfortable and quiet, with great showers and air conditioning. the staff are helpful and friendly, with special mentions for the reception manager and Mihaila in the restaurant. the fruit salad and yoghurt at breakfast are served in individual portions, and the coffee machine is good.
The WiFi signal is not strong enough, causing inconvenience.

Pleasant bar. Reasonably quiet given that it is adjacent to a motorway service area. No hassle.
The rooms are smaller than many other Premier Inns. The car park spaces are too narrow. The toilet paper seemed to be rationed!

Location and bar.
Their was no hand wash and bath wash in bathroom. We asked for it on day 1 and then again on day 2 morning but still it was not filled. Been to reception desk and they gave me to fill by myself. Very poor service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, and the free WiFi was a great bonus for my business needs. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to travel to different stations in London. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and exceeded my expectations. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and helpfulness of the staff were the best aspects of my stay.
Nothing all good.

It was close to Hatfield House

We had a great time during our romantic escape! the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of food options and it was cooked perfectly. the location was ideal as it was only a short drive away from Hatfield House, making it convenient for us to explore the area. Another advantage that we really enjoyed was the comfortable bed, which allowed us to have a restful night's sleep.
There were a couple of things that could be improved. The rooms were a bit smaller compared to other hotels we've stayed at, but they were still sufficient for our needs.

Cleanliness of the room and well placed next to the highway to London.
We have booked 3 rooms, same price, but one of the rooms didn't have a phone. Also, everything could be heard during the night from the room next to us, where a guy was snorring and didn't allow us to sleep for some time. Besides this, the room card system wasn't working that day, so we had problems with the one they gave us. And last point, the reception lady was very rude, and she wasn't taking into account that we were foreigners and we cannot understand her very very high speed Dnglish, that I doubt even an Englishman could understand.

Quiet efficiency of staff when required.
Could have done to use the airconditioning but arrived late and just crashed out. Room very warm.
